It is built to 1:12 scale and incorporates a stable, open stall, tack room, hay loft, and when the roof sections are lifted off, they form a large sand-school area for dressage practice.

· 2 realistic flocked horses with silky mane and tail, English saddle with metal stirrups bridle and reins.
· 1 Metal bucket with wooden handle.
· 1 Metal feed bowl.
· 1 Metal first aid box.
· 1 Metal fire extinguisher.
· 1 sack of horse feed.
· 1 Sack of horse bedding.
· 1 Hand made stall guard.
· 2 Saddle racks, 1 bench, and 4 clothes hooks in tack room.
· Split stable and tack room door with real brass hinges, catches and anti-chew strip.
· 2 Removable roof sections which turn into a large sand school when flipped over.
· Size when assembled: L55cm x W41cm x H34cm.
